MITOGA is a hip-hop artist and producer from Maryland. He uses witty lyricism, concepts, and storytelling to create social commentary on various aspects of life, but from a biblical worldview. A MITOGA song is best described as raw, introspective, and intentional. Whether a laid-back flow with fly-talk or multisyllabic lyrical flurries, the mission is the same: reach those outside of Christ, restore the backslider and encourage the saint. Often compared to Kanye West and Nas, MITOGA was a student of hip-hop from its essence to recent times. After life-changing encounters with God between 2015 and 2018, he surrendered to God and gave the musical gifts back to God. During this time, old collaborations were being released that no longer represented him as a person or artist. He remained focused on his walk with God, wanting his future music to be authentic, mature, and have depth before stepping out again to rap. On January 16, 2022, he released "The Fruit EP" on SoundCloud as a new artist in the CHH realm. In 2026, MITOGA is back with new projects and features lined up for release.
